Notable Achievements: Three US patents, 9+ publications, 15 poster presentations in design, synthesis, and structural optimization of amino acid derivatives useful in nuclear medicine. Work Experience: Currently an experienced professor in chemistry at the University of Hyderabad. Notable Achievements: Research on Sequential One-pot Combination of Novel, Green Asymmetric Multi-Component Reactions (MCRs), and Multi-Catalysis Cascade (MCC) Reactions to Generate the Biologically Important Molecules and Natural Products in a Single Step via Emerging Chiral Amines or Amino Acid-Catalysis and Metal-Catalysis. Areas of Proficiency: Design and synthesis of novel enzyme mimetic small organic amines and amino acids to catalyse the fundamental organic reactions in enantioselective manner, developing the green synthetic strategies to construct biologically important drugs and natural products, developing new green synthetic asymmetric methods and catalysts, stereoselective synthesis of new carbon-carbon and carbon-hetero atom bond-forming, and research in highly innovative projects.
